CrossCountry On Friday the 19 August the middle team went on the bus to the A and P show grounds to run the cross country race. It was a sunny day as the year 3 girls lined up. Bang! The race began. First, they ran along the fence line and up the hill. Starting to puff they ran down the hill, through the trees, around the stick and down through the cones. Finally they crossed the finish line. First place went to Georgia. Second place was Meadow, followed by Alice third and Amie fourth. The year 3 boys did the same race, after all the girls were finished. We felt tired but excited to have finished our first cross country at the A and P show grounds. By Amie
